As you exit the New Delhi Railway Station from the Paharganj side you find yourself standing at the entrance of a kilometer long Main Bazar Road. This road stretches from New Delhi Railway station to Rama Krishna Ashram Marg metro station. The market is lined with shops selling clothes, artifacts, decorations, jewellery of the funky category, trinkets and all kinds of curios. You can just wander around to feast your eyes or indulge in some junk shopping.

I do remember how Delhi was around 25-30 years ago… now it seems things have changed to please tourists! But somewhere, away from piercing eyes, in the narrow streets of the oldest part of the town, there you may find the real soul of Delhi. The one I still miss… Namasté :-)claudine
Nice to know that you liked the city of Delhi. Yes, the Old City still retains the charm. Jama Masjid and Delhi Pin Code – 6 are the places. Thanks for your comment.
