As you walk into this place, it instantly transports you away from the hustle-bustle of the noisy city. Peaceful and tranquil, located within the campus of Triveni Kala Sangam. It takes you back to those times of simplistic cafe food with some chirping artists to give company.

Situated within the premises of Triveni Kala Sangam, this place is right on the main road. It is walking distant from Mandi House Metro Station which is an interchange of Blue Line and Violet Line of the Delhi Metro.
Menu and Timings
Triveni Terrace Cafe is open all seven days of the week from 10 am to 9 pm. They have a smallish kind of menu of just three pages which hasn’t changed in years! It just contains two categories, All day snacks and Beverages & Desserts. The items on the menu are a mix of common to unusual. It is not a typical restaurant menu. The food is claimed to be home cooked style. There is sandwich, pakora, omelette, poha, upma, idli, kabaab and so on. Among the rest, worth mentioning is spiced carrot cake and filter coffee.

What you will like about this place is its surroundings. Outdoor seating gives a good all round view of the cafe and huge amphitheater. But on the flip side, this place is small. It was originally catered for the Kala Sangam and its visitors only. You will have to wait for a place during peak hours. This is not a place to hang out with your friends or a large group. Service is a bit slow and food has its swings between good and average. But the price is value for money. Portions are enough for one to two persons. Star dishes are Palak Patta Chaat, assorted pakoras and carrot cake.
